Necessity Health and Necessity Kids– Dapto

We're looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our growing allied health team at Necessity Health and Necessity Kids.

This role is ideal for someone looking for regular casual work with the opportunity to grow into a permanent part-time position as the clinic continues to expand.

Casual Receptionist / Administration

About the Role

Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm. This position will start as two regular 3-hour reception shifts, with additional hours as needed, progressing to permanent part time work for the right person.

Flexibility is important, as you'll need to be available to work a mix of early and late shifts when required.

Your Responsibilities

- Welcoming and checking in patients

- Answering phones and managing appointments

- Processing payments and health fund claims

- General reception and administrative duties

- Assisting our practitioners to ensure the clinic runs smoothly

- Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming reception area

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, warm and professional





- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Confident using computers and learning new software

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Reliable and punctual

- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people

- Versatile with availability for both early and late shifts when needed

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is highly regarded, however a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
