About the Role

As a Dispense Technician, you will play an important role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the dispensary operates efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Processing and dispensing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Receiving and managing prescriptions for dispensing
- Assisting with the supply of medications to patients
- Preparing Dose Administration Aids (Webster Packs)
- Managing dispensary stock and inventory levels
- Ordering pharmaceutical stock and supplies
- Maintaining a clean, organized and compliant dispensary environment
- Providing outstanding customer service and patient support
- Assisting customers with pharmacy enquiries and transactions when required
- Supporting the wider pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Dispense Technician to join our team.

Regular Roster:

Additional shifts may be available to cover annual leave, personal leave and periods of increased business demand. There is also potential for increased hours as the pharmacy continues to grow.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- A current Victorian Dispensary Technician Certificate (essential)
- Previous experience working as a Dispense Technician in a community pharmacy
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy dispensary workplace
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Reliability, professionalism and a strong work ethic

Highly Regarded

Applicants must hold a current Victorian Dispensary Technician Certificate. This is a mandatory requirement for the position, and applications without this qualification will not be considered.
