What you'll do

- Oversee the complete payment lifecycle from initiation through completion, maintaining rigorous standards for security, precision, and timely processing.
- Handle incoming support tickets with professionalism, delivering prompt and thorough responses to all payment-related inquiries and concerns.
- Execute work orders accurately, authorize financial transactions, and maintain comprehensive records of all payment activities and decisions.
- Support the maintenance of payment compliance frameworks and uphold security protocols in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
