About the Role

This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, community focused environment. You will be based at our Point Cook clinic , acting as the welcoming face of the practice and supporting smooth day to day operations.

You’ll play an important role in creating a caring and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Availability is required on weekday afternoons ,



with additional shifts available to cover leave or busy periods as needed. Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, phone calls, and client enquiries
- Processing payments and daily takings
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and patient ready clinic setting
- Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
- Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
- Previous administration or medical reception experience (preferred)
- Experience with practice management software is a bonus
