About the Opportunities

Kurrajong have multiple exciting Supported Employment opportunities for Kitchen Assistants to join our Catering Services Team in our brand-new kitchen in Wagga Wagga . These roles are designed for people living with a disability and who have a current NDIS plan.

These opportunities are designed to help individuals build skills, confidence, and independence while working in a friendly, structured, and well supported workplace.

The Kitchen Assistant’s responsibilities will include:

- Monitor and store kitchen items and learn where to order replacements from
- Follow supervisor’s instructions for recipes, food preparation tasks, and cleaning
- Follow all health and safety rules, including keeping hands clean and using equipment safely
- Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean
- Washing and folding tea towels

Kurrajong will provide:
