About the Role

This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, community-focused environment and values flexibility.

You will be based at our Grange clinic, acting as the welcoming face of the practice and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll play an important role in creating a caring and qualified experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Availability is required on weekdays with potential additional shifts to cover leave or busy periods as needed.





Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, phone calls, and client enquiries
- Processing payments and daily takings
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and patient-ready clinic environment
- Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
- Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
- Previous administration or medical reception experience (preferred)
- Experience with practice management software is a bonus
