John Paul College is seeking an experienced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educational Leader to join our team as Second in Charge. This permanent part time role is approximately 25–30 hours per week, with regular hours from 12pm to 6pm and flexibility to negotiate.

You will lead development, delivery and evaluation of Before/After School and Vacation Care programs, mentor OSHC educators, manage rostering in Deputy and bookings in Xplor, and ensure compliance with NQF and MTOP/ EYLF
