TLC Healthcare in Wallington and Belmont (Geelong Region) invites a qualified Wellbeing/Lifestyle Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. You’ll deliver engaging lifestyle and wellbeing programs and support residents with personalised activities.

Collaborate with clinical staff to meet holistic wellbeing needs and help review care plans, ensuring a high-quality experience for residents and families. Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle and NDIS Check are preferred.
