Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable and motivated Food Production Workers to join a busy meat processing and packaging facility based in Geelong.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with consistent afternoon shifts in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

You will be working in a temperature-controlled production facility, handling and processing raw meat products including beef, lamb, and pork .

This is not an abattoir - products arrive onsite in bulk and are further processed into smaller portions, minced, and packaged for distribution.

- Weighing, packing, and labelling products
- Working on production lines
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
- Working in a temperature-controlled environment (approximately 5-7°C )
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Days: Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you must:

- Be comfortable working in a cold environment
- Be willing to handle raw meat products (beef, lamb & pork)
- Have valuable communication skills
- Be able to comply with strict hygiene requirements
