This casual Membership Sales Consultant role at Fernwood Women's Health Clubs in St Kilda VIC 3182 is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team. As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of Fernwood's comprehensive range of health and fitness memberships to new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing

- Proactively generate and convert leads through outbound calls, walk-ins, and referral follow-up to book prospective members in for tours.
- Run high-conversion trial and membership consultations, matching prospects to the right Fernwood membership based on their goals.
- Own your sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs, tracking performance against targets daily.
- Confidently handle objections and negotiate membership terms to convert hesitant prospects into members.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, sales activity, and conversions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain a strong product and market knowledge base, including competitor offerings, to sell with confidence.

What we’re looking for

- A driven, target-focused sales professional who thrives on hitting and exceeding KPIs.
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role (membership sales, retail sales, or similar) with a track record of converting leads to close.
- Confident communicator who can build rapport rapid.




- Strong negotiation skills and resilience in overcoming objections.
- Comfortable with outbound sales activity - calling leads, following up, and proactively booking appointments.
- Passion for health and fitness
- Flexible availability across mornings, late afternoons/early evenings, and Saturday mornings.
