The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting independence, well-being and dignity by providing personalised care tailored to each individual's needs. This role requires a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and adherence to established care protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients in Hervey Bay, Maryborough and surrounding areas . Preferably a female personal care worker.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with personal cares; bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing
- Delivering tailored care that respects each client’s preferences and routine
- Supporting daily living activities at home and in the community, including:
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility and hygiene support
- Transport to appointments and social outings
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing
- Availability to cover Monday to Friday services, with alternate weekends where required
- Additional hours for the right applicant!
