We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team on a Monday to Thursday basis.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings
- Coordinating the daily appointment schedule
- Processing payments and handling patient accounts
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting the clinical team with administrative duties
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
About You:
- Previous reception or customer service experience (dental or medical experience is an advantage but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
- Comfortable using computer-based appointment and practice management systems
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
