Managing client documents and loan application files

Following up outstanding information from clients, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders

Data entry into CRM and lender platforms

Managing emails, phone calls and appointment scheduling

Preparing loan application and compliance documentation

Conducting employment and verification checks

Monitoring loan progress from application through to settlement

Providing regular updates to clients throughout the loan process

General administration and office support

About You

Strong attention to detail

Able to take initiative

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Experience

- Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential
- Mortgage broking,



banking or finance experience is highly regarded
- Training will be provided for the right candidate

Work Options

Option 1:

Preferred days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

OR

Option 2:

School-friendly hours

Approximate hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm
