Field Engineer - 3 months assignment

Kippa Ring | 2 days/week | Australian Citizens only

We are currently seeking an experienced Field Engineer / Level 1 IT Support Technician to join a leading global technology and services organisation on a temporary 3-month assignment based in Kippa-Ring .

This role is ideal for a customer-focused IT qualified who enjoys providing hands‑on technical support and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of end‑user technology environments.

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Level 1 IT Support, Desktop Support, or Field Engineer role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
- Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers,



and other end‑user devices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage onsite support activities.
- Relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
- MUST BE AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
