The Role

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our Melbourne Airport facility. Whether you’ve got solid warehouse experience or you’re eager to build a career in freight and logistics — we want to hear from you. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and a genuine drive to do valuable work.

What You’ll Do

- Loading and unloading of transport vehicles
- Palletising freight
- Wrapping completed pallets
- Daily housekeeping
- Complete weekly/daily operational checklists
- Unpack sea freight containers (palletised and hand unload)

Third party logistics requirements:

- Pick and pack daily orders
- Receive inbound goods
- Allocating locations accurately for inbound goods
- General stocktakes as advised by management
- Cross-checking orders prior to dispatch
- Assist other staff with varying clients
- Utilise RF scanner for all orders
- Report discrepancies directly to managers
- Report any visible damage

What We’re Looking For





- Experience in warehouse or logistics — or a strong desire to learn and build a career in the industry
- A reliable, punctual person who takes pride in doing things properly
- Strong attention to detail and workplace safety
- Ability to consistently meet rostered shifts and work schedules
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Forklift licence is preferred but not required
