Assemco is seeking a reliable and adaptable Assembly Production Floater to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role plays a key part in supporting production requirements by working across various assembly areas, assisting during peak periods, covering staff absences, and helping ensure customer orders are completed accurately, safely, and on time.

About the Role

You will:

- Assemble products to customer specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
- Support multiple production areas based on operational requirements.
- Help maintain production schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Complete job documentation accurately.
- Work closely with production, quality, receiving, maintenance, and despatch teams.
- Maintain high quality standards and a safe, organised work environment.

About You

- Experience in assembly, manufacturing,



or production environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Able to learn current processes and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Forklift Licence advantageous but not essential.
