We’re growing and looking for an inspiring, energetic, and community-minded female Group Fitness Instructor to join our amazing team.

Deliver high-energy, safe, and fun group fitness classes (HIIT, strength, circuit style)

Motivate and empower women of all fitness levels

Build genuine relationships with our members

Occasional assistance with challenge events, workshops, or social events

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or working towards completion)

Group fitness or personal training experience preferred (but open to new instructors who bring great energy!)

Confident, engaging, and friendly coaching style

Passion for helping women build strength, confidence & healthy habits

Reliable, professional, and team-focused

Available for a mix of early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Supportive & empowering female-only setting

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or working towards completion)
- Group fitness or personal training experience preferred (but open to recent instructors who bring great energy!)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-energy group fitness classes (strength, functional, HIIT, circuit-style)
- Provide hands‑on coaching, modifications, and safe technique guidance to women of all fitness levels
- Build genuine rapport and create a sense of community among members
- Support members during 8‑week challenges, events, or workshops
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to maintain studio standards and exceptional client experience
- Be a role model for consistency, discipline, and positive mindset
