About the Role
As a Client Care Representative, you will play a critical role as the primary link between our clients and the clinical team. You’ll ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for clients and their pets, from the moment they walk through our doors to the time they leave and beyond.
This is a permanent part-time position , offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight . The roster includes:

- Overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and Saturday
- One additional CCR shift each week
- Access to excellent penalty rates for overnight and weekend work

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about making a difference. As AES Underwood operates as an after-hours clinic, flexibility and confidence working night shifts are essential.
What Your Day Looks Like

- Providing exceptional care to clients and pets, including triaging pets on arrival




- Communicating updates about pets to clients and addressing their queriesCollaborating with the team regarding updates, patient needs, and financial details
- Assisting clients with financial transactions and insurance claims
- Managing cash handling and daily reconciliations
- Performing administrative duties that support the clinic’s operations

About You

- Looking for a permanent part-time position
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Resilient, quick-thinking, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment
- Personal mode of transport (essential for overnight shift work)
- Available to work overnight shifts (11:00pm – 6:00am) every Friday and Saturday , plus an additional weekly shift
- Flexible availability across weekends, public holidays, evenings, nights, and early mornings
- Permanent Part-Time role
- $27.39 hourly rate (increasing to $28.63 after training period) + generous shift penalties
