About the role

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our User Experience Team at Avrini Properties. In this role, you will focus on enhancing our product's user experience through thoughtful design and research. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet user needs and business goals.

What you'll do

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the technology and features related to your assigned product area.
- Conduct research to gather insights on human and business impacts for our products.
- Produce various design deliverables for your product area, such as competitive analyses, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, aimed at addressing genuine user challenges.
- Effectively communicate your design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.




- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts clearly.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
