About the role
This is a hands-on varied role that supports both the operational and customer-facing functions.
You'll help keep orders moving, support the showroom team, maintain back-end systems and contribute to improving how we work.
No two days are exactly the same so depending on what's happening across the business, you may be:
- Helping customers in our showroom and over the phone
- Supporting daily shipping and fulfilment
- Maintaining documentation and operational records
- Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the way we work
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Preparing newsletters, website updates and social media content for review
- Creating signage and supporting merchandising projects
- Assisting with purchasing and inventory administration
About you
This role is ideally for someone who looks to improve the way a business operates instead of just maintaining it.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Enjoy organising information and improving processes
- Take initiative and look for solutions
- Have strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Communicate confidently with customers, suppliers and teammates
- Learn new technology and systems quickly
- Enjoy being hands-on
Experience with Shopify and Microsoft 365 is an advantage but not essential.
What we offer
You'll become part of a team where your contribution matters.
We offer:
- A flexible part-time role
- Varied role where no two days are the same
- Opportunities to learn new skills across operations, customer experience and e-commerce
- A supportive team environment that values collaboration and initiative
- The opportunity to contribute ideas and help improve how we work
- The chance to grow with a business that's evolving
- Generally, it will be Monday - Friday with no late nights or Sundays.
