BGIS – Iconic Community & Cultural Precinct Client, Geelong VIC, seeks a part-time Help Desk Operator to support a busy facilities environment from 6:00am to midnight. You will respond to calls and emails, log and triage service requests in CMMS, and coordinate with Facilities Managers and contractors.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple requests calmly while maintaining a warm, skilled approach.
