MAMA Midwifery is Victoria's first and largest private midwifery practice. Since 2011 we've walked alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond-at home, in hospital, and in our clinics in Kensington and Caulfield South. We're growing, and we need someone to help the right families find us.

The Role

Part-time Digital Growth Marketer, ~24 hours per week. Your one metric: Discovery Appointment bookings, tracked weekly on a live dashboard. Everything you do-SEO, social, content, conversion-points toward that number. Once someone books, our midwives take it from there.

What You'll Own

- SEO and Google Business Profiles across both clinics
- Daily Instagram and Facebook content
- Website management and page builds in Squarespace
- Weekly funnel reporting with your own analysis and recommendations




- Our Early Pregnancy lead funnel-and a Google Ads campaign ready to launch

We'll support you on AHPRA advertising guidelines, but you need to bring your SEO, data, and digital instincts with you.
