This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about websites, ecommerce and digital content. You will help manage and grow our WordPress/WooCommerce website while working closely with our Website Developer and Marketing team.

The role offers a diverse mix of website administration, product management, content creation and online merchandising, making it ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented and enjoys variety. We are looking for someone who can confidently work within WordPress and WooCommerce from day one. While we value AI as a productivity tool, you will have strong writing skills and the ability to create original and authentic content that connects with our customers.

Responsibilities

- Add and maintain products on the company website using WordPress + WooCommerce.
- Process daily ecommerce orders, ensuring all online sales are accurately prepared, invoiced and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage online order status, liaising with store staff, suppliers and customers as required.
- Write original and engaging product descriptions and website content.
- Update website pricing, promotions and product specifications.
- Upload, edit and optimise product images.
- Assist with website merchandising to improve the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor website accuracy, identifying and correcting errors.
- Support online marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal events.
- Maintain product, pricing and inventory accuracy between the LightSpeed POS system and the WooCommerce website, while identifying and resolving data discrepancies where required.
- Work with suppliers to obtain product information,



specifications and images.
- Provide general ecommerce and administrative support to the wider team.

Experience and Skills

- Has proven experience using WordPress + WooCommerce to manage an ecommerce website (essential).
- Has excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Has experience uploading and maintaining products, pricing and website content.
- Has experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Has basic image creation and editing skills using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or similar software.
- Has a working knowledge of the LightSpeed POS system (desirable).
- AI experience (Chat GTP / Claude and /or Copilot)
- Is proactive, reliable and eager to learn.
- Works well independently while also being a supportive team member.

Working Arrangements

- Part-time: 20 to 25 hours per week, days and times negotiable.
- Based at Moorabbin Store and Office
