HR Partners is seeking an experienced Road Crew Member / Operator to join our civil construction team across Mornington Peninsula. This casual-to-permanent role offers a secure pathway to full time permanent employment, with a 6:00 AM start and a requirement to participate in an emergency call-out roster.

You will perform road maintenance, machinery operation (MR/HR trucks, skid steer, excavator) and assist with signage and road furniture.
