With a busy bistro, family dining, sports bar and final touches to the beergarden redevelopment underway, we're looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Waiting Staff to join our Front of House team.

About the Role

As part of our restaurant team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional table service while creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Your duties will include:

- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Delivering meals and drinks efficiently
- Providing attentive service throughout each dining experience
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Assisting with restaurant setup and pack downWorking closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

The applicant must have:





- A passion for delivering both the best food & service standards always
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
- Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant / pub / venue
- Some knowledge in local wines and beverage service
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Be available on weekends, nights and public holidays including Boxing Day through New yearsperiod & Summer
- The ability to work in a fast paced busy environment & multi task with thea bility to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Well-presented with a skilled approach
