About the Role: We are a busy, independent delicatessen and specialty wine store looking for an energetic Junior Retail Assistant to join our front-of-house team. If you have a genuine interest in valuable food and great drinks, and love delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.

Assisting with food preparation, slicing, and deli counter service.

Helping customers navigate our selection of boutique wines and craft beverages.

Processing sales through the POS system and handling payments.

Maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking shelves.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:



Previous experience in the retail liquor industry or restaurant/hospitality sector is essential.

Skills: Demonstrated food handling skills and an understanding of food safety standards.

Certifications: A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Attributes: A reliable team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn about the food & beverage industry.

Commitment: We are Industry leaders and will provide on job training to the right candidate.
