Position Title: Courier

Location: Redbank

Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time

Position Overview

This role is best suited to individuals with a can‑do attitude, who are well organised and adaptable. Primary responsibilities include:

- Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
- Executing timely, accurate deliveries & Pickups
- Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols

Candidate Requirements





- Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
- Ability to successfully complete all pre‑employment screening, including: drug and alcohol testing, driving performance assessment, criminal history check, & functional assessment
- Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards
- Strong customer service orientation and qualified demeanour
- Prior experience in courier or freight delivery not required
