PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currentlylooking for a passionateand customer focusedReservations Agent to join ourteam on a part-time basis.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservations Agent will assist guests throughout the reservations process, providing accurate information about our property and services, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hospitality, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

The Role:

- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Accurately process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation system
- Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, seasonal offers, and hotel policies
- Ensure all guest details are recorded correctly and confidentially
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Ideally, the Successful Candidate will have:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred




- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided)
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
