CFE Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Trainee Sticker & Sign Creator to join our team in Broken Hill, NSW. This is a full-time traineeship position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the signage and print industry. In this role, you will assist in the design, production, installation, and maintenance of stickers, decals, signs, and graphic displays. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in signage manufacturing, digital printing, vinyl application, and customer service while developing industry skills and knowledge.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the production of stickers, decals, signs, banners, and promotional materials.

Learn to operate digital printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and other signage equipment.

Prepare artwork and layouts using graphic design software.

Measure, cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics.

Assist with sign assembly and installation activities.

Maintain quality standards for all finished products.

Follow workplace health and safety requirements.

Organize materials, tools, and work areas.

Support stock control and inventory management.





Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

Willingness to learn new skills.

Basic computer skills.

Positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Interest in graphic design or signage.

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software.

Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, or customer service.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift materials and equipment within workplace guidelines.

Comfortable using production tools and machinery under supervision.
