Retail Travel Consultant | Part time | Melbourne

- Specialise in cruise, rail, and custom-tailored itineraries

THE ROLE

- Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to domestic and worldwide destinations
- Prepare deluxe itineraries in line with client high expectations
- Manage superior and qualified communication with clients and suppliers
- Provide support with travel requests including airfares (issues, reissues and cancellations, etc.) accommodation, and ground transportation
- Always maximise potential travel savings, whilst advising travellers on the most suitable and safe products available
- Stay updated on the latest luxury travel trends to be able to provide expert advice to your clients

THE MUST HAVES

- Strong luxury travel market knowledge
- Experience with GAL (Smartpoint) preferred
