We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Waste Management Operator (HR Driver) to join our team at Manildra Flour Mill in Manildra.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Pay Rate: $41.30 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and transport waste from designated areas within the mill.
- Drive an HR vehicle to deliver waste to the local waste management facility.
- Operate vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

About You

- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence - Essential
- Forklift licence - Essential
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-focused with good communication skills.
- Previous experience in waste management, transport, labouring, or a similar role is an advantage.
