Telstra Retail in Northland, Melbourne, is seeking a part time Retail Customer Service & Sales Consultant. You will assist customers with product selection, service activation and troubleshooting, delivering friendly and informed guidance to ensure a positive Telstra experience.

You’ll work with a team to meet store goals, stay up-to-date on devices and services, and provide solutions that keep customers connected. Prior customer-facing experience is a plus; training will be provided.
