The Role

An exciting chance has opened up for casual Medical Receptionists to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organisation and to the Practice Manager. You will welcome patients and greet people who visit our clinic.



You will be responsible for completion of all front-desk duties, including distributing correspondence answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling appointments and processing payments to Medicare.

Passionate and committed to patient care.

Experience in General Practice administration.

Exceptional customer service and communication.

Possess excellent work ethic.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Motivated with high energy level.

Advance level of computer skills.

Flexible and reliable.

Ability to keep calm under pressure.
