Qualifications & Experience

- Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- A friendly, positive, and professional approach to customer service.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors to our dealership.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Maintain a welcoming reception area and professional dealership presentation.
- Assist in maintaining a secure and healthy workplace.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and workplace culture.
