The Sweet Potato Kitchen in Alphington is seeking an experienced Production Chef to take ownership of our production kitchen. This hands-on leadership role requires cooking at scale while guiding a small team, improving systems and ensuring smooth weekly production.

You will lead day-to-day kitchen production, supervise large-batch recipes, plan daily workflow, train staff and ensure proper portioning, labelling and freezing. A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is preferred.
