Full Spectrum Education is looking for passionate, enthusiastic educators and qualified teachers in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. Full Spectrum Education offers high-end academic support to students in Victoria from Prep to Tertiary level in 1-on-1, weekly, 2-hour sessions.

We're not your standard 'tutoring' company. We work hard to make sure our students fall in love with learning through compassion, empathy and honest care, and by differentiating every lesson for each student.

Position Overview

Teach students in one-on-one, weekly, 2-hour sessions at their home

Communicate with parents

Access to the Full Spectrum Network - an online platform our educators utilise to communicate, share resources and receive company updates





Access to professional development assistance

Working hours are primarily after-school and on weekends

Access to our referral program for both educators and clients

Skills and Qualifications

Versatile weekly availability of 10 hours or more to accommodate varying student needs

A Bachelor's degree or higher (in any field)

A current Working with Children Check (or can apply)

A current Victorian driver's license and a vehicle
