We're currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our growing team and provide one-on-one support to clients across Melbourne's inner suburbs. Opportunities are available across both Aged Care and Disability , offering flexible casual shifts to suit your lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and mobility support
- Preparing simple, nutritious meals
- Assisting with domestic tasks and daily living activities




- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Maintaining accurate shift notes and documentation
- Delivering skilled, person-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing

What You'll Need

- Minimum 6 months' paid experience as a Support Worker (1+ year preferred)
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Full Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current vaccination evidence including:
- COVID-19 vaccinations
- Annual Influenza vaccination
- Proof of immunity for Hepatitis B, Measles, Whooping Cough and Varicella (Chicken Pox)
