We are seeking an experienced tractor operator for our Bundaberg Macadamia orchards. FNC Plantations is a family-owned operation that has farms in the Northern Rivers, Gympie and Bundaberg regions. We pride ourselves with family values and expect these to be reflected by our employees. Bundaberg is a large country town only minutes to the local beaches. It is a wonderful place to raise a family or a young person to enjoy our exciting area.Experience does not need to be in Macadamia production but general machinery operation.

Applicants should have:

Australian residency.

Driver’s licence. ( HR an advantage but not essential)

Own transport.

Neat and tidy. Punctual.

Minimum 5 years experience of machinery operation.





Mechanical and fabrication skills an advantage.

This position is a casual start leading to full time permanent employment. Jobs include but not limited to: Mowing, slashing, weed and insecticide spraying, irrigation maintenance, some pruning, harvesting, servicing and repairs. 40hrs a week with extra work available. Some night and weekend work but mostly Mon-Fri. Random Drug and Alcohol testing is carried out. Smoking is only permitted in breaks. Above award wages paid for the right applicant.
