Good Food Partners, part of The Arnott’s Group is Australia's largest maker of branded and private label muesli and snack bars in Australia.

We operate from a state-of-the‑art facility located in Rowville.

Join us if you are an experienced machine operator within the food industry. You may be responsible for blending, enrobing, flow wrapping and packing machine operations.

Shift Hours:

Night shift runs 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday. Saturday overtime available from time to time.

You will have 2-3 years working in machine operation in a bar line environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production and packing machinery

Operate multiple pieces of equipment, including mobile plant (if licensed)

Support basic maintenance troubleshooting and maintenance handovers

Complete CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes

Maintain GMP, safety, and “clean as you go” standards

Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:





Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (food preferred - bar line experience highly regarded)

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - you must be able to comprehend and interpret measurements and instructions.

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Ability to follow procedures and adapt in a fast-paced environment - You are known for approaching your work carefully, paying attention to all details and being able to solve problems on the lines.

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

A forklift licence would be a huge advantage.

Must have full working rights in Australia (proof required)
