H.Troon is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team on a contract basis (min 6-12 months) . Based in Wendouree, VIC, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise to quality carpentry and cabinet-making projects.

As a Joiner, you will be responsible for fabricating bespoke joinery solutions that meet our specifications and quality standards. This position is integral to our business, allowing you to work on diverse projects whilst maintaining the high standards H.Troon is known for.

Key responsibilities

- Measure, mark, and cut timber and other materials to precise specifications
- Operate hand tool, power tools and machinary safely and effectively.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with relevant drawings
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment in good working order

What we're looking for

- Formal qualification or apprenticeship in carpentry, joinery, or cabinet making
- Proven experience working as a Joiner or in a similar commercial setting
- Proficiency with both hand and power tools used in joinery work
- Strong knowledge of timber types, finishes, and joinery techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent measurement and spatial awareness skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanshi
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills




- Reliability and punctuality
- Preferably, experience with CNC machinery or computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Forklift licence preferred but not essential
- White card
