Our client is a well-established general aesthetic and restorative dental practice that has a highly experienced team. They offer everything from developmental orthodontics and myotherapy to implant surgery, Invisalign, fixed orthodontics and veneers. About The Chance
You will be working in a medium-sized, fast-paced dental practice that expects its employees to be reliable, take initiative, be hardworking, and be strong team players.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Greet and assist patients in a warm, friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and front desk enquiries
- Manage appointment schedules (D4W) and patient records
- Support dentists,
hygienists and therapists chairside as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 6+ months of experience in the dental industry
- Strong computer skills and experience using HICAPS and D4W (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to multitask
- A willingness to be a team player who demonstrates a good work ethic
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
