Munch N Crunch is seeking a Production Line Worker to join our team on a casual basis . This role is based at our facility in Pakenham, VIC 3810 and is fundamental to our manufacturing operations. As a Production Line Worker , you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest standards whilst maintaining efficiency and safety across our production processes. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a agile manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing

- Operating and monitoring production line equipment to ensure consistent output and product quality
- Performing assembly and packaging tasks in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Conducting routine quality checks on products to identify and report any defects or inconsistencies
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your work station and surrounding production area
- Following health and safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance efficiency and safety
- Restocking materials and supplies as required to keep production running smoothly

What we're looking for

- Previous experience working on a production line or in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards




- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Physical fitness and capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by production demands
- A proactive approach to health and safety with adherence to all workplace safety requirements
- Reliability and punctuality, particularly important for casual shift-based work
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
