Fleming's Nurseries is looking for several nursery hands/labourers to work in their wholesale production nursery in MONBULK .

This is a full-time permanent position working 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday, with 2 hours of regular overtime each Friday.

The role involves working outdoors and is physically demanding.

Duties of the Role include (not limited to):

- Watering
- Planting and/or potting
- Pruning, staking, and weeding
- Budding and grafting
- Learning the techniques of quality tree production
- General Nursery and Production duties
