We are seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Hands/Fibreglassers to join our team on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

- Performing various manual tasks relating to the manufacturing of fibreglass swimming pools
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a factory or production setting, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work area




- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
