About the Role

As an Outbound Call Centre Consultant, you’ll be responsible for contacting customers regarding an important product recall campaign. This is a high-volume outbound role where you’ll aim to make approximately 80 outbound calls per day while providing professional,



friendly and accurate information.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Making approximately 80 outbound calls daily

- Speaking with customers regarding a product recall

- Updating customer information accurately within internal systems

- Recording detailed notes from each conversation

- Answering customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism

- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets

- Working collaboratively with the wider team

What we’re looking for:

- Previous call centre, customer service or administration experience

- Confident communication skills and a friendly phone manner

- Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment

- Strong computer and data entry skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn

- Available to work onsite Monday to Friday
