CPM Engineering is a well-established engineering and fabrication business based in Gympie, now part of The Davey Group, a diversified Queensland manufacturing, fabrication, and construction group. We are looking for motivated First Year Boilermaker Apprentices to start their trade career with us.

The Role

- As a First-Year Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople in our workshop while completing your Boilermaker trade qualification.
- Learn fabrication and welding fundamentals under supervision
- Assist qualified tradespeople with day-to-day tasks
- Attend TAFE or your registered training organisation as required
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Build practical skills across the trade over the course of your apprenticeship

What We're Looking For

- A genuine interest in a trade career as a Boilermaker
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn




- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- A current driver's licence
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- No prior trade experience required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
