Personal Care Assistant - Permanent Part Time Positions Only

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Personal Care Assistants on permanent part‑time roles with Afternoon Shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with activities of daily living

- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.

- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' physical and mental well‑being.

- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.





- Proven experience in personal care assistance or a related field is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.

- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
