Clover Disability Support – Somerville VIC

Locations: Somerville, Mount Eliza, Langwarrin, Hastings, Mount Martha, Rosebud and surrounding areas.

Clover Disability Support is growing, and we are looking for several compassionate, reliable and capable Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding areas.

We are seeking genuine all-rounders who are confident supporting both children and adults with a range of needs. Our ideal team members are warm, calm, practical and able to build meaningful relationships while maintaining professional boundaries and following individual support plans carefully.

This role may include community access, in-home support, transport, daily living assistance, emotional regulation support, skill building, appointments, activities and support for participants with more complex mental health or trauma backgrounds.

About You

You will be someone who can confidently work with a wide range of participants and adapt your approach to suit each individual. You will have robust communication skills, patience, initiative and the ability to remain calm when things feel challenging.

You will ideally have experience or confidence in:

- Supporting both children and adults
- Mental health and emotional regulation support
- Trauma-informed practice
- Working alongside allied health professionals and taking guidance from OT's, psychologists, speech therapists and behaviour support practitioners
- Following support plans,



behaviour support plans and risk management strategies
- Building trust while maintaining clear professional boundaries
- Supporting participants to access the community, attend appointments and develop everyday living skills

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have, or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- Strong written communication skills for shift notes and reporting
- A genuine commitment to participant safety, dignity, choice and independence

Important Location Requirement

Please do not apply if you live more than approximately 30 minutes from Somerville, Mount Eliza, Langwarrin, Hastings, Mount Martha or Rosebud .

As our supports are spread across these locations, we are looking for staff who are local, reliable and available to travel within the Mornington Peninsula region.
