We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who is passionate about developing people, maintaining high culinary standards and leading a team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume workplace. Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our kitchens while delivering memorable dining experiences for our members and guests.

In this role, you will:





- Support the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day operation of our kitchens.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of chefs and apprentices to achieve their full potential.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation across all outlets.
- Assist with menu development, stock control, ordering and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and kitchen standards.
- Contribute to the long‑term growth and success of our culinary operations.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to source quality ingredients at the best value.
