Medic At Work are looking for Casual Medical Assistants based in Melbourne to join our growing team.

The Role:

Facilitate onsite health clinics for our corporate clients

As part of a fully mobile practice, you will be required to work in various locations across metro areas, as well as regional (and if interested, interstate locations) as needed

Work within a team, to provide administrative support to our Clinical Team, including Medical Practitioners, Nurses, Pathologists

Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage patient flow and clinic appointment schedule

Assist with tests for general health checks

Maintain utmost privacy and confidentiality protocols and professionalism





Please Note: This is a Casual role where work and hours vary throughout the year, with some periods being very busy, and other times quiet. This role would best suit someone that is looking to supplement other part-time work or studies.

All successful applicants will be provided with full training.

Previous experience working or studying in a health or medical environment

Previous experience with Medical Softwares

Flexibility to travel to various locations, including metro and regional travel, sometimes with overnight stays

Intermediate computer literacy and ability to learn recent softwares and processes quickly
